A wonderful deal

The cost of kindness is perhaps some vulnerability but even then, it is still an excellent deal

I was sitting in reflection at the border an almost perfectly peaceful lake, surrounded by almost perfectly peaceful mountains in the northern Alps. Somehow, an all encompassing kindness revolution in the world, is a deep longing of my soul.Once we start practicing kindness, it is so gratifying, so rewarding. We get so much peace of mind. We were born with a heart full of it and if we give it away, the universe showers bucket loads of it on us and refills our hearts within seconds. At the side of the lake, I reflected on why so many people were stingy with the kindness that is so abundantly sitting in their heart. Is there any negative to being kind? Or are we just forgetting to be kind so oftentimes?If any negative is associated with kindness, it might generate a certain vulnerability. But then, if the kindness truly comes from our heart, the vulnerability tends to be extremely limited. Very few people will respond to genuine kindness with harshness or evil. I think the risk and vulnerability generated by unkind behavior is much bigger than that of kindness.And here I am not talking about the so-called kindness of many politicians. I am talking about being kind, genuinely to our fellow human beings.

Power shift

Why is it that the rich and greedy keep getting richer and greedier?
Why do they seem all powerful?
The reason is that we are greedy too.
The fact that we want their money more than anything else

makes them so extremely powerful.

Slowly, we as a human community are discovering a new truth;

Slowly, we are discovering the power of kindness;
Slowly, we are discovering the power of selfless service.
Kindness and selfless service are so extremely powerful,

yet undiscovered by many of our human friends.

Why are kindness and selfless service much more powerful than money?

because they bring us peace of mind,
because they bring us true happiness
because they make our life better
because they make us feel TRULY good,

all things, money seems to do, but doesn't.

Let us speed up this wisdom and kindness revolution.

Let us give due power to kindness and selfless service.
The rich and greedy will fight the wisdom and condemn it,
because it will make them lose their enormous power they have.

The more they fight it, the faster the revolution will spread.

Let us give a boost to the wisdom and kindness revolution today, and this week, by being extra kind and plan to go the extra mile for one friend.

Let us give it a boost by sharing the good news, that a tremendous shift in power is coming our way.
It has started and is unstoppable. The more we practice, the more we share the news, the faster it will move.

The global heart

In times of this pandemic, the global brain connects the world.Then he went on saying that what we need to add to that global brain is:

The global heart!

We can lift ourselves up from the level of fear.

As we wash our hands, we can wash away our reptilian brain level responses. Surely we need to go shopping, but we do not need to take it all from the shelves. Surely we need to take precautions against Covid19 but we do not have to be consumed by fear. We can wash our inside too and connect to the Creative Force of this world.

We have come here for a reason and somehow in these times, we are given more time to make it still, to make it quiet inside and (re)connect to our inner inspirational, powerful self, to our soul.Even though we can not physically be together we still can connect, we can be kind and kindness and compassion are big boosters of health. If we would have a comparative study between one group of patients receiving all recommended vitamins and another group practising daily lots of genuine simple random acts of kindness, I am convinced that the immune system would be much stronger and more balanced in the latter group.

Let us all add a lot of heart to the internet; let the internet become more heart than brain. Let us spread lavishly messages of hope, of compassion, of kindness, of love, of harmony. Enough of fear-mongering, enough of scaremongering. In Canada, they coined the term, care-mongering and that is what we need. Care, care, care, love, love, love, kindness, kindness, kindness.Let us all stay safe, take proper preventive measures that can help control the pandemic, but do not allow yourself to wither away in fear, in worry or anxiety. Let us make silent within, connect to the universe with all its beauty and energy and start a ripple of kindness, then a small wave, then a big wave and then a giant wave. Each ripple or wave may contribute in a major way to the upcoming kindness revolution.Keep it up. Keep it cool. :)

Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to loving persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to kind persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to good persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to wicked persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to evil persons

Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to hateful persons

Evil and harmful behavior are the result of ignorance, the result of weakness.So if a weak and ignorant person displays some evil or harmful behavior in front of you,

do you want to show off that you are equally weak and ignorant and that you can descend to their level of behavior? Surely not! Let us answer hatred with love,

evil with goodness, harm with kindness.

To answer harm with harm is like supporting an endless chain of violence;

it is like kicking a seriously suffering soul in pain and ignorance;

it is like pushing a severely crippled being down a flight of stairs.

To answer hatred with hatred is like putting oil on a fire;

It is like endorsing a person full of hatred that he is right,

that his behavior is worthy of being followed and copied.

To answer evil with evil is like engaging in a contest

a contest on who is the most ignorant of the two,

who is the weakest and most stupid?

Answering hatred, evil and harm

with love, goodness and kindness
is keeping our own values high!
It is like helping the weak in the weakest of their weak moments

helping the ignorant in their most ignorant phase of their life.

The hateful, evil and harming people are suffering; they need help.

Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to loving persons

Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to kind persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to good persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to wicked persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to evil persons
Love and kindness and goodness are the right response to loving persons
